If you simply join thinking that upline spillover will help you earn money without putting in the work – this won’t happen.

As with all Network marketing, personally recruited downline will offer the greatest earnings.

I did do a little on Craiglist. This works. I placed 8 ads and got 3 preenrollees. Took me around 15 mins to do this. I was just checking it out before passing the method on to my team. I kept the ads deliberately vague and short. Something like "Discover how you too can make extra income from home, even if you have NO experience" . Then add your link. You can't really go wrong with short ads. I often take the text straight from banner ads or other tools provided by the company.
