It would allow you to give a better recommendation for it which would, in all likelihood increase their sales - far making up for 'the one they gave away.' Perhaps try again... with emphasis on the sales you've made, how you want to be able to give a proper review to increase their sales? Perhaps you'll get another support member that replies, too.
