Blog Set Up Form Fields Explanations

Your Name

I think this one is clear enough. Simply put your Full Name in this field.

Your Email Address

Please insert your Main email address in this field as I need to be able to contact you.

Domain Name

This is the domain name that you chose when setting up your Bluehost account, or maybe you'd registered a domain ane in the past. In any case it is the domain name at which you want your blog installed and the one you used to setup your Bluehost account.

Bluehost Username

This is your Bluehost hosting account username. This can be found in your Bluehost welcome email which would have been sent to your email when you signed up.

Bluehost Password

This is your Bluehost hosting account password. This can be found in your Bluehost welcome email which would have been sent to your email when you signed up.

Which Header?

Please choose one of the headers from the blog signup page. For example if you want 'Header 2' then you would simply put 'Header 2' in this field.

Paypal Transaction ID

If you chose to pay for the blog setup then you need to do so via Paypal and add your transaction id in this field. This transaction id can be found in the email you received from Paypal after paying me.

This is to help prevent spam or robot registrations using this form. Simply add the two numbers and put the total in this box.
