Did you say ‘JOB’??? 
When I hear the word ‘job’ I almost certainly think of that place I used to be 4-5 years ago where I got up at 7:30am every morning and dreaded another day - working for a measly few hundred dollars per month.
Do you know that feeling? I’m sure you do otherwise you most likely wouldn’t be at this site searching for an alternative to the 9-5 nightmare - or even worse the shift-work nightmare.
The opportunities that I have to offer are definitely not jobs.
It has been said that a job stops being a job when it is fun to do. That is the case when you are successful with your own home based business.
There are many work at home ideas to help you get started online. It is very important though that you are very clear on what exactly is involved. I am currently part of a mentorship group called the Pipspowergroup and one of the most important things we do is let our members know that owning your own succesful home business requires hard work and much persistence.
It also takes careful planning and a willingness to set some time aside everyday to promote your website.
The reason we need to tell our members this over and over is because many have been disillusioned by the hype and promises of quick riches online. From work at home moms, to students, to retired senior citizens, many fall for the BS.
There is a system though that if adhered to consistently will produce results. You just need to know the system and to have the determination and discipline to follow through. You see when you see the net just like any other sales place then there are certain things you MUST do to grow your business. The most important thing is to provide leads on a regular basis. A business without leads is dead.
We get these leads through drawing regular traffic to our websites which have been carefully put together to gain the maximum benefits from each visitor. This takes tweaking of course. What worked a couple of years ago will not work so good today, if at all.
Once we have the visitors and the leads we have to have an opprotunity or product to show to them. If you don’t have anything to sell then you don’t make money online. The good news is that you can become an affiliate marketer and sell other peoples products or services for commissions. This is how many online entrepreneurs make their money, including myself. There are literally 1000s of affiliate programs online to choose from.

As a member of the PPG, I can confirm that a lot of people who joined and who follow the advice are beginning to see good results in their businesses.
For example, improved traffic, better search engine ranking, better use of keywords, higher motivation, and more productivity. Oh, and suddenly we hear of people who had never sold anything online before beginning to make sales…
This is thanks to the advice and encouragement given by Mal and the five other mentors on the PPG.
