My AMAZING Home Based Business

What I do find absolutely astounding about my work at home business is just how automated it has become.

It’s actually a dream come true. I am not a millionaire but the fact that I can make a great income from home without having to actually be present as the money comes in is still a fantastic testament to how AMAZING the internet is.

I cannot see how this would have been possible before the dawn of the WWW. Sure, people have a lot of freedom in offline business now and in the past but it has usually been achieved by having others work for them, doing the hard graft on their behalf.

What makes my automated enterprise all the more amazing is that I don’t have any employees.

The nature of my business is such that everything is automated from the followup process to the sale down to the check arriving in my mailbox. The only thing I have to do is cash the check. No, hold on, in fact, many times I don’t even have to do that. A lot of the affiliate programs which I am an agent send me Paypal payment and with a click or two of my mouse Paypal will deposit the money earned straight into my bank account. How’s that for automation?

How EXACTLY does this automation work?

My websites are online 24 hrs per day. The search engines send visitors to my site. Most don’t buy immediately but a % will add themselves to one of my mailing lsit. This add their details to an automated followup email system which will email them periodically with more information about work at home business and how they can get started.

Sooner or later the prospect will signup for my business, product or service. The product or service owner is then paid. From that payment they calculate my commissions and send the payment via check or to my paypal account.

Can Working Mothers Make a Living Online?

One of the most common questions I get asked since starting my own work at home business is ‘Is it possible for the average person to make a living online?’

And the topic of my blog post today will be to tell you that it is entirely possible for anyone of average intelligence to earn a good income from the net.

Working mothers are particularly suited to an internet career because they will be motivated by a strong desire to spend time at home with their children.

What better way to spend more time at home with your family than by earning your monthly income from the comfort of your own living room? Work at home computer jobs abound online. There are many ideas for mothers to get started but one must be careful about how to proceed.

It isn’t uncommon for prospective work at home parents to spend months or even years trawling the net and spending a fortune trying to find the perfect home based business.

First off, let me say that no business is going to be perfect whether offline or online. Whatever business you decide to get involved with online is going to present challenges. Working mothers can overcome them by focusing on their goal of earning a significant online income. Many moms will settle for enough income to allow them to give up their commute jobs. Others will strive for much more. Anything is possible with a little work and much peristence.

Please don’t expect overnight riches from ANY online business. In spite of the hype online, it is rare for anyone to start earning an income immediately. In my own personal experience it took me a few months just learning how everything worked. Making Money Online from High Income Business Opportunities

Anyone of average intelligence can make a living online provided they work hard and are persistent in achieving their goals.

I personally vowed never to give in until I had achieved my goals, when I first discovered it was possible to make money on the net. The first check I ever got was for around $20.

Since then I have had days where I have earned over $1000 and I make a great residual income from my internet business each and every month.

High income business opportunities abound on the internet. There are of course plenty of scam artists out there but my experience shows that the majority of people who setup businesses online are on the level.

You just have to be careful and do your due diligence when settling on an income opportunity.

There are plenty of ways that you can research an internet business to discover whether it is legitimate and also whether it is possible for you to make a good income with this opportunity.

One of my favorite ways to do this is by searching online discussion forums. There are forums related to every topic imaginable and in the work at home field this is just as true. So, you would naturally do a search on google for ‘business opportunity forum’ and you will find pletny of discussions about the latest opportunities, which ones are thought to be scams and which ones have proven to members to be able to create a good income.

Once you find one that you believe is legitimate the next thing you will want to check is the amount of commissions that this company will pay. I am an internet affiliate marketer and to me the commissions are everything. I won’t even bother to promote a program or opportunity unless I am guaranteed of a good % of the sale.

It is also possible to make money online from business that will promote multiple opportunities from the same website. Multiple streams of income is something that the net has made all the more possible because of the easy access to information and the vast traffic from all over the world that can be driven to websites with the right marketing know-how.

Employment or Work at Home?

Which would you prefer? To make a living from your own living-room, taking time off when you feel like it. Have as many coffee breaks as you like. Paid holidays 12 times per year, if you like.

You can work part-time or full-time. You can start at any age. If you’re a student or a work at home mom then you are highly suited to this business too.

If actually given the choice there are few who would choose the 9-5 job over working at home on the computer.

The benefits of working for yourself from home are numerous. The few I mentioned above are some examples but there are many more.

The greatest thing that I get from this business is FREEDOM! I just never had it before. I used to absolutely dread Sundays, just because I had to go to work the next day. I don’t believe I was ever suited to work for a boss.

Society tells us that we go to our places of employment for 40-50 years of our lives, collecting measly paychecks, many times just about covering our monthly bills. Then, as the joke goes, we die

I have been doing this for 8-9 years now, 4 of those as a full-time affiliate marketer.

It actually took me 5 years to build my business to a stage where I could give up my secure offline employment. So, I can’t claim to be an overnight success. Who cares, now that I am where I’m at .

I just love blogging!

Using a blog to promote any home business is the best way for anyone to make a living online.

If you can write about your own experiences then you can earn money online. You don’t even have to write well as you have probably guessed by reading some of my other posts.

I occasionally get people making comments about my bad grammar and typos but I don’t really mind. As long as I get my message out then I’m happy enough.

The message is that the Search engines just love unique content and as long as you update your blog regularly with unique targeted traffic then you will get some high end web traffic.

It is then your job to turn these visitors into a monthly residual income. One way to do this is to simply plugin a few affiliate links to your blog pages as I have done on this. Another is to get paid for the advertising on your site through ad revenue programs like Google adsense.

The most important thing is that you start adding content to your blog. You can devise your income strategy later.

The great thing about blogging too is that the traffic just keeps on coming as long as you update on a fairly regular basis.

Home Based Business Opportunities is one of the most competitive markets yet I can get my keyword phrases listed in the top pages of Google. Can you imagine how much more powerful blogging can be in less competitive markets?

What you MUST understand is that the most successful people in this business are doing little things consistently. There are no grand strategies that will suddenly send you 1000s of daily visitors to your site. Targeted web traffic = Profits! So you need to setout a plan to do certain things daily that will build momentum to increase your web presence.

The Best Way to Making Money on the Internet

I cannot think of any better way to get started with a home business than by joining and marketing affiliate programs. Ok, I may be a little biased because this is how I make my living but I believe that anyone honestly searching to establish a credible business online will find affiliate marketing very attractive.

What other business can you think of where you can virtually put the whole thing on auto-pilot? Sure, you can gain a lot of freedom by setting up your own products and marketing them online but you still have to worry about product delivery, aftersales support etc. etc.

When you are an affiliate marketer - selling other people products for commissions - you don’t deal with any of the above. The merchant or product owner deals with all the ins and outs of the business. Your only job is to market the product and collect your commission check.

Commissions on digital products like ebooks and software are usally processed by one of the big online merchant accounts like Clickbank.com. Clickbank allows you to take your affiliate link with which to make sales. They then track and split the sale price between you and the merchant and send you a check once every two weeks.

There is nothing better than coming back from holiday and finding checks in your mailbox that have been made while you basked in the sun. This has happened to me on a number of occasions and is not just hype.

Think about it! Your marketing, through having your own website or otherwise, is out there in cyberspace, viewable 24/7 365 days per year. It sells whether you are there or not.

Don’t mistake this for a get rich quick scheme. That, it is not. There is some initial work to be done and you do need to put in some time daily to maintain your business BUT the freedom that this business affords me is unimaginable.

For a start, I don’t have to leave my home to make my living. I can also take my laptop to virtually any country in the world that has an internet connection and make money. It was this concept that initially attracted me to making money online and empowered me to NEVER give up until I have found success.

Working at Home Brings the Wierdest of Reactions

When I told my friends and associates that I had left my offline 9-5 job to work at home online they looked at me as if I had grown an extra head.

Believe it or not though, it is possible to earn a great living and much much more from your own work at home business.

I don’t like to hype up the idea of making money online but it is a fact that millions of dollars are being made on auto-pilot while people sleep in their beds.

Make Money Online at Home

One of the most frequent questions I get asked by prospects is ‘exactly how do I make money online’ and ‘can I make a living from the net without investing any cash’.
