Who Loves Money Review

Who Loves Money? Is this a trick question? I would imagine that everyone who doesn’t have much would like at least a little more money.

Since I setup my online business back in 1998 I have been earning more and more of the green stuff but I have worked very hard to get there.

There are volumes upon volumes of pages out there telling you EXACTLY how you can make a living online. For instance I have read a few ebooks over the past few months and every one of them included a plan to make a good living from online business.

Starting up a small business online is achievable even for the newest of internet, burgeoning entrepreneurs.

The first question always has to be “How bad do you want to succeed?“. The amount of desire you have to achieve your goals will determine ultimately if you are successful online.

There is no shortage of online opportunities. There may be many scams on the net, but most opportunities I have come across in my 9 years of working from home DO have the potential to make you a residual monthly income from home.

When I came online in 1998 and started to look into internet businesses I was taken in by the promises of immediate cash with little or no work. It is important when thinking about setting up an online business that you realise that this IS a serious undertaking.

I can guarantee that if you treat your business as a legitimate business and persist in your daily marketing of your new enterprise - you CANNOT fail. Even if you sign up for a free home business, you should treat it a REAL business.

My experience dictates that your small home business is going to take at least a little cash investment to get ahead. This should not come as a surprise. If you were going to setup a business offline you would spend at least a few thousand dollars.

Online Business Opportunities

Everyone wants to be rich! What’s more they don’t want to take anytime getting there nor spend any money either. This is the basic mindset of many people searching for an online work at home business.

Are you one of them? Have you fallen for the hype? Or are you interested in setting up a serious online business? I seincerely hope you come from the latter group and not the former.

Well, think about it! What other job in the world can you basically take your laptop, setup anywhere, and earn an income. I could take my Toshiba laptop to any place in the world and bring my ready made income with me. There are not many offline jobs where you can do that. I certainly cannot think of any.

Proven Home Based Businesses
I have been working online from home since 1998, full-time since 2004. To me, a proven home based business is one that has shown it’s ability to overcome obstacles and continue to earn money for it’s participants over at least three years.

There are many, many legitimate home businesses online today. From my experience there are literally 100s of ways that you can legitimately earn money online with 1000s of different businesses. It is a fact that most businesses fail within 3 years of starting. This applies to offline and online businesses.

So, the first thing you should do when contemplating joining a home business it to check how long this business has been online. The great thing about the internet is that you can put a companies’ name into Google or any other major search engine and you will find information about the company, usually written by independent observers. The best place to look for this info in on the various online discussion forums.

That said, there is a better way…

My advice to anyone setting up a business online is to actually get your own website. To register your own business name, your domain, is less than $10 per year and the web hosting can be bought for as little as $5 per month. This becomes YOUR business. So any work you do on this site or internet marketing to improve it’s web presence is going to benefit you longterm.

If you decide to join a different company and market their products or network marketing program, without your own site, you are NOT in control. If this company goes bust, your business disappears with it. Can you see the difference?

I am an affiliate marketer, meaning I almost exclusively market other peoples’ products BUT I sell them from my own site. I market MY site primarily, not theirs.

When you have your own site, for instance a website promoting many different home based businesses - if one company goes down you still have many left to promote from your website. The work on YOUR website you do today will benefit you well into the future.

You will have the power to do as you please with your business and take it in whichever direction you feel is best. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket, so to speak.

In conclusion, the best way to have a proven home based business it NOT to put your faith in any company but take control of your own internet future by investing in your own site.

Starting a Real Home Based Business

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to NOT have to get up at 7am to make the daily commute to your place of work miles away?
